Nuevo Mundo is a remote peak in the southern Cordillera Lipez in the very remote SW corner of Bolvia. It is located about 5km souuth of the abandoned mining town of San Antonio de Lipez, and can be climbed easily in 2 or 3 days from there.
The three high peaks of Trinidad, Nuevo Mundo and Lipez seen from the northeast. Nuevo Mundo the highest is almost hidden behind Cerro Lipez.
