The Andes have some great skiing, with many excellent downhill resorts in Chile
and Argentina and some remote and very quiet ski-mountaineering and ski-touring
terrain. Even after 18 years of skiing, snowboarding and ski-mountaineering out there
we feel we've just begun to explore the possibilities, but the sections
below contain a little of what we've discovered so far.
